Payment & Fraud Policy
Remarkable Sales only accepts payments made with bank cards or payment methods that belong to the rightful owner.
The use of stolen bank information, stolen identity, or any fraudulent payment method is strictly prohibited.
All customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are their own and legally authorized for use.
Remarkable Sales performs security checks on transactions. However, if a fraudulent or unauthorized payment is used, the customer (or the rightful owner of the bank information) remains fully responsible.
Remarkable Sales shall not be held liable, blamed, or charged in any court of law for transactions made with stolen or unauthorized bank information.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have full legal authorization to use it.
Any fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities and payment providers.
